Unexplainable Store- Lucid Dreaming Progressions

Hi Again,

We were in the midst of discussing Lucid Dreaming, and the key to realizing you are dreaming. I hope you were able to practice a little. It's time for the next and final step of Lucid Dreaming. If you haven't done so already, I recommend checking out our Lucid Dreaming Recording to keep your mind in a state where dream recognition is enhanced.

After You Realize Your Dreaming

Once you realize you are dreaming, your job isn't done. Most times, you will realize you are dreaming, and not know what to do, so your dreams take control again. Don't worry, that's natural, and happens to almost everyone. If it does happen, you know you already made progress, and it's time to conquer the rest.

The Follow Through Technique

Going back to the first example in the last newsletter when we looked at the clock repeatedly, now were going to add a step. Every day we are going to look at the clock, than immediately scratch your arm. Practice doing those two actions repeatedly. Every time we see a click, we scratch our arm.

The next time you dream of a clock, you will realize you are dreaming. Now you will dream you are scratching your arm. Hmm.... See how this works?

Premeditate your Dreaming Actions

Simply stated, the actions you want to do in your dreams will most likely need to be premeditated. It is very difficult (if not impossible) to make up your mind on what you want to do while you are dreaming. You will have to know your goal before your dreams begin, and have a way to remind yourself of what you want to do.

The possibilities are unlimited. For instance, let's say you want to fly. Everyday, you will look at a clock then immediately say "Time To Fly". You will pound this into your brain that a clock means it's time to fly. Eventually, you will see a clock in your dreams, and without the need to think, you will know it's time to fly.

Maximizing The Effects

Maintaining the correct Theta levels that border Alpha are essential. Once your brain frequencies slip into Delta, your dream will end. Our Lucid Dreaming Recording will help your brain resonate with a perfect frequency range for maximum effects.

Unexplainable Store- Lucid Dreaming Step 1

Hello,

Let's talk about Lucid Dreaming. This subject is easier to master than the previous ones, and should be much quicker to see results. So hold on to your hats, and let's get down to business.

Lucid Dreaming is to realize you are dreaming and learn to control your dreams. This one is easy to figure out, but like anything else, it takes a degree of discipline. If you have been reading our newsletters, but haven't taken action, this is the subject you may want to start with. Before we talk tactics, let me introduce our Lucid Dreaming Recording. This recording can and will make the process easier and quicker. I recommend picking up a copy of it as you practice.

The Lucid Trick

To trigger a lucid dream, you need to realize you are dreaming as I stated before. The easiest way to realize you are in a dream is by noticing something is out of place or doesn't look right. Have You ever had a dream that you were in your home, but it didn't look like your home? Have you ever dreamed of a relative, but that person looked different in your dream? I bet the answer is YES! When you dream, reality doesn't look the same as the physical world. That's the baseline of the strategy to Lucid Dream on your demand.

How To Realize Your Dreaming

Simply Stated, Repeated Actions. You already know that dreams alter the way things appear, so what you want to do is look at something in a repeating fashion. Lets take an example of a clock. Everyday when you wake up, look at a digital clock. Notice the shape, notice the numbers, and notice the lights. When you get in your car, look at the car's digital clock. notice the similarities between that clock and your bedroom clock. When you get to work, keep looking at the clock often. Close your eyes and picture different digital clocks. Get in the habit of picturing and looking at clocks often.

Keep repeating this clock obsession, and soon you will see a clock in your dreams. But when you see this clock in your dreams, it will not look like the standard clocks you trained your brain to focus on. It will be weird.. You will be looking at this clock confused, than all of the sudden, it will hit you... I AM DREAMING!!!

This works because most times dreams do not portray reality as is. You do not need to use the clock example, almost anything that you see daily will work. Some people constantly look at their hands, and during a dream they will look at their hands, and realize they are dreaming because their hands look weird. You can even go as far as pinching yourself often, and during your dream, you will pinch yourself and the feeling will be different. It doesn't matter what you choose to focus on, if you repeat the process multiple times daily, you will eventually dream you are doing it. That's when you will make a connection that your are not in a state of reality, and you must be dreaming.

Conclusion

Step 1, as described above, can be completed in a mere few days. There is not much brain practice involved, but it get a little harder from here. Once you realize you are dreaming, if you do not know what to do next, you will most likely lose control and slip back into a dream state. Our next letter is going to discuss how to progress from realizing your dreaming to starting to control your dreams. Unexplainable Store- Total Astral Separation

Good Day,

Today we will finish up on Astral Projection and prepare for our next topic. Don't worry, we still have plenty of excellent newsletters, topics, and information coming you way!

As a quick recap, we already covered using the Astral Free Flow Recording Package to let your thoughts go and reach an altered state optimized for Astral Projection. We followed by feeling a "Separation Point" and immediately used our "Separation Trigger". We know that we must expand this "Separation Point" inch at a time.

Now for the finale!

You may have read other sources that instruct you to physically try moving. This method has validity, but simply trying to move a body part at the wrong moment will end your session, and break your thought process. The final key is to move at the right time. Moving prematurely is an urge you must try to avoid, as timing is everything. Basically, your "Separation Point" must be extended almost (if not more than) half your body length before you try to physically separate in totality.

If you have been practicing the last lessons on expanding the "Separation Point", you should aim to ultimately progress till half or more of your body is misaligned or separated. A good indicator is when the tip of your head feels like it is where your lower rib cage should be. This feeling is going to be dictated by your "Separation Trigger". For instance, some may find their trigger by letting their body rise. When your entire body is more than half way separated, it is time to make the move.

Making Your Move

Once you progress to the point where you are separated by 50% or more, it becomes possible to use physical actions to fully separate. If you try to physically separate before this point, your inner body will return to the outer body, and your entire self will move. The whole objective is to separate yourself enough so when you move your inner body pulls away from your outer body, and the connection between the two are broken. When you make your move, it should feel effortless. You decide it's time to stand, and you will be standing without exerting physical effort, but your mind will determine when it's time to stand.

Returning To Your Body

Returning to your body will happen naturally. You will not have to exert effort into this stage. When it's time to return, the spiritual connection to your physically body will take over. When you awake, you probably will not even remember how you returned. In the spiritual planes, distance and physical obstacles do not exist, and the spirit has traveled through the exact same plane many times in the past.

Differences In Practices

There are many ways to train the mind, and many experiences that can be had. My tutorials and writings are by no means the only way to achieve Astral success. My techniques discussed in these letters may not work exactly as described for all, but at the very least, I hope the process and descriptions changed the way you view Astral projection. What all valid practices have in common is that the basic outline of relaxing, separation, and achieving. Remember, our Astral Free Flow Recording Package can drastically help with Astral Projection.

Next Topic Discussion

We are next going to move into Lucid Dreaming. This is another topic I have direct experience with and relates to Astral projection. Lucid Dreaming is easier to accomplish than Astral Projection (in my opinion), and I believe we will have a great success rate in that topic. As mentioned earlier, some will feel the body vibrate and feel out of place, some will feel lowering or heightening of the body, and others may feel "Out Of Place". Whatever your pre-cursor is, that's the key moment when you need to progress.

Now comes the most difficult part of actually fully separating yourself. This is by far the hardest part of the process. I have heard many techniques described, but I can tell you most are assumptions that yield no success. The secret of this step, is you have to find a way to make the total separation happen without forcing it. In a more descriptive view, you need to do something that will result in your body separating without trying to physically separate. I know it sounds confusing, but very few can just decide it's time to separate and walk out. You need to find your trigger.

One Successful Trigger- This is an example of a separation trigger that has been successful for me. Once I feel the Separation point occur, I immediately (but very gradually) convince myself that the head of my bed is raising. I picture my laying surface as a greased pan, or a slippery surface, and the head of the bed is raising while the foot is staying stationary. As the head of my bed raises, a downward slope slowly forms as my body slowly starts to slide downward towards my feet. (Like a sliding board in a park)

As my body slowly slides down, the separation point becomes greater. That is the Goal! You do not need to reach the ground at first, and you do not need immediate results. Infact, if you push too hard, or don't allow the body to find it's natural rhythm, it could drastically slow the process down. The key is to extend and expand upon that separation point an inch at a time.

Remember, the "Separation Trigger" above is only an example and the process must be done while maintaining a Non-Alert state. You may and probably will fail a few times, and your mind may become awake and active from the excitement. When this occurs, it's best to forget about the process, and and return to relaxation before getting up. If your brain becomes alert, shake it off, and clear your mind again, but do not re-attempt to separate at that time. Always remember, force is not the way.......

Unexplainable Store- Astral Projection Steps 1 and 2

Hello all, time for another topic.

Today were going to get into Astral Projection, and how you can make the most of it. As you probably already know, Astral Projection is the act of separating your inner body from your outer body (the releasing of your spiritual body). In time, we will all be forced to separate our soul from our physical body, and the most important aspect is not to be scared! With these lessons, you may learn how to separate your bodies, and some may just learn principles and techniques but choose to reserve them for later in life and death. Whatever your approach, these lessons should be beneficial to all. (even if you can not astral project immediately).

Astral Projection should be taken one step at a time. It is a learning process that most cannot master in a short amount of time. It usually takes extensive mind training to achieve results, but with these techniques and this information, this timeline can be cut in a fraction. I also strongly suggest utilizing our Astral Projection and Free Flow recordings when doing these exercises. The recordings will help you reach the conscious state where you can forget about your body quickly.

Step 1:
The main objective in Astral Projection is first and foremost reaching a totally relaxed state, letting go of your conscious thoughts, and feeling the vibrations. You will need to lie down and let all your worldly worries and thoughts go. Allow your mind to think Freely without intervention. You will need to go deep enough to actually forget you have a physical body.

Suggestions: The above step is just the beginning. If you already have copies of the Astral Projection and Free Flow recordings, use them with this step. Use the Free Flow Recording first, followed by the Astral Recording. Try to loop them or play them back to back without the need to change tracks or disks.

Step 2:
Wait For The Shift or Vibrations. What I mean is, when you get to the stage of forgetting about your physical body, you should feel a vibrational shift. For instance, when I personally reach this stage, it feels like my arms and head are misaligned. It's hard to explain, but I will try. My physical head and arms haven't moved, but it feels as if my arms and head are not centered with the rest of my body, and it feels like they are not where they should be while I'm in that position. Like a misalignment.. This isn't the only sign, just the most common for me.

Another giveaway is when your body starts vibrating and it feels as if you sunk down or rose up an inch or two from your body. You haven't actually left your body yet, but you can feel the binds to the physical body start to loosen..

Step 3: Coming in the next newsletter
The above steps are the easiest part of the whole process, especially with the Astral Projection and Free Flow recordings. Take your time and get accustomed to the above steps before proceeding. Once you feel the "Shift" you will have to experiment with different techniques to actually separate. I will give many idea's and techniques, including my personal method, which yields great results for me.

I personally have Astral Projected dozens of times, and most of them were intentional. Mastering Astral Projection and being able to do it "On Demand" with 100% success is something I have yet to see, but with proper practice and the desire to succeed, you can learn to Astral Project.
